Compensation Policy:
The measure of the quality defect of the product and service of the customer and the entitlement to compensation when submitting the compensation request in a period of 24 hours from the time of receiving it:
- The external shape of the product: That it has an unfamiliar shape, or shows signs of rotting such as external juice, change in unnatural color, or emits an unpleasant odor.
- Degree of maturity: It should be at the highest degree of maturity that makes it inedible 24 hours after receiving it
- The internal content of the product: If it shows signs of internal rot, such as a change in color, internal odor, visible bacteria, or a bad taste that indicates mold and the impossibility of its use.
- The product is different from what is stated in the order invoice
- If one of the items mentioned in the order invoice has not been placed in the order box and the customer has not been notified of it
- Compensation does not include gifts and free samples.
Note: The taste of the product in terms of bitterness or the degree of sweetness and acidity is not included in the quality measurement, but it is subject to the issue of different tastes.
